Anne Kanis is a Berlin actress, speaker and author. As the daughter of a stage actress and a pantomime, she was strongly influenced by her artistic parents, spoke her first radio play as a child and stood in front of the camera for the first time at the age of sixteen. Since then, she has appeared in more than 80 film and television productions, including Tatort, SOKO Wismar, SOKO Leipzig, In aller Freundschaft, Rauhnächte, Adam und Evelyn and Charité. Her enthusiasm for literature led her to write. Auf Erden is her second novel.
