Drawing your feelings is a powerful way of self-expression and can help you to understand feelings or emotions that otherwise seem difficult to grasp. Through drawing, you can calm your mind and begin to build mindfulness into your day one step at a time.
Here in our mindfulness studio, I would like to give you a few tips and suggestions on how you can be more mindful with your thoughts and how you can put feelings, situations and experiences on paper. You can start at any time, no prior knowledge is required. I will provide a colorful selection of colors and paper with my materials. At the beginning I will give a short introduction to paper and colors and explain the basics of drawing. Then we will dive into the practice.
There will be a break. Feel free to bring your own food if you like. Tea & water will be available on site. The price quoted includes the cost of materials plus an optional €2 for a sketchbook. If you have your own sketchbook / diary, you can bring it along.
This is an offer from JUST münchen and is aimed at young adults aged 18-35. You are not yet 18 or not quite 35, but you really want to take part? Talk to us!
