On October 10, we will open the campaign week with a large and diverse kick-off event in Berlin's Pfefferberg and online via livestream!

Around World Mental Health Day on October 10, more than 600 events on the topic of mental health will take place throughout Germany - both on site and online. This year's Mental Health Week has the motto "Hand in Hand for Mental Health in the Workplace" - on October 10, 2024, we will open the campaign week with a large and diverse kick-off event in Berlin's Pfefferberg and online in the livestream!

In addition to personal greetings from the Minister of Health Prof. Karl Lauterbach, the Federal Minister of Labor Hubertus Heil and the Berlin Senator for Science, Health and Care Dr. Ina Czyborra, this year there will be an expert input on the topic of "Healthy Work" from Prof. Steffi Riedel-Heller, Head of the Institute for Social Medicine, Occupational Medicine and Public Health at Leipzig University Hospital.

We would like to find out from our panel guests how companies and employees can be made more aware of mental stress - and how they can enter into a constructive dialog with each other.

• Carsten Rogge-Strang, Managing Director of the Employers' Association of the Private Banking Industry (AGV-Banken)
• Jan Lenarz, founder of "Ein guter Plan", award-winning New Work company, burnout sufferer
• Moderation: Prof. Dr. Arno Deister, Chairman of Aktionsbündnis Seelische Gesundheit, together with Barbara Dussler, podcaster and actress
