Puppet comedy in 10 pictures by Stephan Siegfried
The real revolution in the art world has been predicted for 2024. That's when a team of four puppeteers will have completed their research series, which involved examining ten world-famous paintings. The results will shake up art history: Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, audio data was discovered and analyzed in the old layers of paint. Art lovers will finally have the answers to questions that have been asked for centuries: What were the table conversations at the Last Supper about? Is the Mona Lisa smiling - and if so, about what? Did the creation of Adam really take place through the divine index finger? Who gave the Dutch girl her pearl earring - and did she lose the second one?
Puppet theater is considered THE link between the visual and performing arts. This is the starting point for this puppet comedy, which brings well-known works of art to life in a completely new way - in the atmospheric setting of the Mittelrhein-Museum
