CONTEMPORARY ART

The IN LOVE paintings by Corinna-Rosa Falkenberg (born 1977) have been created for more than 30 years. They are the conclusion of experienced emotions and at the same time an invitation to new experiences. The works focus on femininity and joie de vivre, but do not ignore the inner wounds that everyone carries within them. These motifs are primarily depicted through worlds of color and dream images, sometimes fragile, sometimes wild, always in different formats. Her invitation to the viewer: lose yourself in them. The artist herself loves this state: merging with art. She studied law and then went into investment banking and M&A, where she is constantly concerned with details. "I don't need to reach a second level with my art. It is completely sufficient for me if the viewer is touched by a work of art for a moment and I can trigger and convey a feeling in them. Whatever this feeling then consists of," says the artist.

In addition to large-format paintings, on which Corinna-Rosa Falkenberg works with car paint, oil paint, chalk, acrylic spray and resins, small-format drawings and sketches are shown, often on chip plates. The different styles communicate with each other and create an exciting dialog.
