For the creative design of unusual maps, three expansive cartographers are available in the WELTSTUDIO : the personal cartographer, the thread cartographer and the spherical cartographer. Here, maps are created from threads, huge posters with individual stories about the world and small directions to favorite places.

Together we will creatively build, weave, draw, stamp and much more. Creating maps is challenged in a way that is fun for adults and children alike.

Try out the installations for yourself, design new maps, learn more about methods of critical cartography or get into conversation with each other in a relaxed atmosphere - the doors of the WELTSTUDIO are open to anyone of any age who is interested.
