In the organizer's words:

Founded by singer and bassist Mary Robins, Biblioteka mixes punk, grunge, and garage to create hooky and upbeat rock.

Exuberant shows and energetic performances have become the band's trademark. In 2022, the band released their debut LP "Pretty Ugly" on Seattle's Freakout Records. Praised by KEXP as a distinctly personal work while not abandoning big melodies, the album showcases Biblioteka's distinct and engaging musical style.

In the fall of 2023, Biblioteka embarked on their first international tour from Mexico to New York, while also performing their first KEXP in-studio session. Biblioteka are currently recording their next studio project.
