Big & Growing New Work Festival Stuttgart

The Big & Growing New Work Festival is an annual New Work conference organized on a voluntary basis with decentralized chapters throughout Germany and Switzerland.

The aim of the festival is to connect people with an interest in the topic of New Work and to bring them into a real exchange. We want to discuss, think, learn and have fun together while exploring the question: how can we shape the working world of tomorrow together?

THE EVENT

Big & Growing is a movement for a better world of work and hosts the largest conference on the future of work in the German-speaking world. The world of work is changing. The new work culture demands new places, new communication, new collaboration, new (self-)leadership and new goals. "Purpose" is becoming the central anchor of every organization. But how can we shape the working world of tomorrow?

We launched Big & Growing in Stuttgart to find answers to this question. We bring together all relevant stakeholders to develop a positive vision of the future of work in interactive workshops.

This year's Big & Growing New Work Festival Stuttgart comprises 3 thematic blocks, which can be booked individually:

1. culture & leadership

2. new work in practice

3. integration of living and working environments

THEME BLOCK 2: New Work in practice

Without concrete examples and practical methods, the principles of New Work often remain abstract and difficult to implement.

The thematic block "New Work in practice" is dedicated to the practical implementation of modern work concepts and highlights how transformative approaches can be successfully implemented in companies.

14:30 - 16:00: Panel discussion "Diversity, digitalization and culture - successful transformation processes in the new world of work" with introductory impulses

16:00 - 16:30: Break & networking time

16:30 - 17:30:

Liberating Structures - Experience, try out, recognize.

17:30 - 18:00: Networking time & snack

Big & Growing is organized entirely on a voluntary basis and does not aim to make a profit. We work on a purely cost-covering basis, i.e. the ticket price is calculated to cover the costs of location, catering, materials and marketing. Regular price: 40 € Student price: 25 €
