MINDFUL NATURE AND BIKEPACKING TOURS

GANG RUNTER invites you to let go, experience the moment and simply be yourself.

This tour is about doing something different after work. A micro-adventure between working hours.

We meet at 14:30 at our meeting point in Cologne Nippes. You bring your bike, a bike helmet, a sleeping bag and your most necessary, small luggage. I will provide you with bikepacking bags, tent, sleeping pad, complete cooking equipment, GPS device, headlamp and a seat cushion. First there is a short introductory session and I introduce you to the adventure, the idea, the plan and where I would like to take you.

When we're ready, we'll set off on a leisurely ride, getting used to the bike with luggage and the atmosphere. In the group or on your own. Just as you feel comfortable. You are invited to be mindful of yourself and the moment.

We take the most direct route along as many nature trails as possible, out of the city and into the forest. Once we have arrived in the forest, you can embark on the mindful guided bikepacking tour.

Methodical perception exercises, ascents and descents, experiencing nature and reducing stress. Immerse yourself in the forest after work, shift down a gear and try to let go of the daily grind.

The stage ends after approx. 30 km at the Dünnwald campsite. Set up your tent here. Cook together, take a deep breath, enjoy the moment of adventure, experience the here and now. All options are available to you. The motto is: you can, but you don't have to.

After a hopefully good night's sleep and an early coffee, tea or similar, or breakfast depending on the time, we pack up and drive the 10 km to Cologne Nippes, so that we are back around 9:30 am.
