Bodo Wartke and the SchönenGutenA band - René Bosem (bass), Franky Fuzz (guitar) and Robert Memmler (drums) - present classics and brand new songs by the piano cabaret artist.

The repertoire, specially arranged for the band, presents popular songs from six of Bodo Wartke's programs as well as songs in raw form and text experiments from the band's workshop.

The arc spans from "Gaffer", one of the earliest songs of the piano cabaret artist, to his socio-critical pieces such as "Holy Scripture 2.0" - worth hearing: the rapped articles of the German constitution in "The Basic Law" - to formidable new interpretations of arias and scenes from Mozart's Magic Flute!
