As a leading exponent of experimental Celtic music and Scottish smallpipes, Brìghde Chaimbeul has developed a unique way of arranging music for bagpipes. Her album Carry them With Us has received much praise. She emphasizes the rich tonal drones of the instrument; the constancy of sound that creates a trance-like atmosphere, played with enticing virtuosic fluidity. Her style, rooted in her native Gaelic, is constantly breaking new boundaries for her instrument and her soundscape // Dylan Kerr's (aka Baptist Goth or Scorzia) work sits at the intersection of sound art, contemporary and sacred music, exploring various genres such as minimalism, noise, drone, metal and folk through improvisation, extended vocal techniques and electro-acoustic methods.
