COLLUMINA IV - the fourth edition of the international light art sound project in Cologne

In the fourth edition of the non-commercial international light art sound project COLLUMINA, seven international light artists will once again illuminate the Haus der Stiftungen and the exhibition rooms of Galerie Seippel in Zeughausstraße in Cologne.

From October 9 - 12, 2024, the light and sound artworks will be on display every evening from 18-22h. This year's renowned artists include Hugo Aveta, Jacqueline Hen, Elisa Metz, Esteban Pastorino, Shane Sutton, Yoana Tuzharova and XENORAMA.

Yoana Tuzharova with her light series RGB, the artist collective XENORAMA with Luminous Objects and the sound artist Elisa Metz with her instrument Glass Wands will illuminate and perform on the ground floor of Galerie Seippel. On 11.10. Elisa Metz will present a performance at 19h. At any other time, visitors to the exhibition are invited to play the Glass Wands instrument themselves. On the 2nd floor in the Haus der Stiftungen, Argentinian artist Hugo Aveta will be showing his video installation Teatro Mundi, Jacqueline Hen will be presenting her work Inflect, Irish artist Shane Sutton will be represented with his video installation Immersion On and AR (augmented reality) paintings and Argentinian photographer Esteban Pastorino will be showing new light panoramas from Cologne and Positano.
