The everyday madness of the authorities welds them together. Together they defy mountains of files, management gossip, digitalization and overconfident citizens. And when nothing works: "I'm not responsible, Mausi." Between coffee and smoking breaks, they discuss, gossip and argue - and keep a curious eye on their colleagues' love lives! But don't worry, Conny remains in control of the situation and true to her mantra: "Nothing has to change so that everything stays the way it is!"
