In the organizer's words:

Dokumentale is a new, international documentary film and media festival taking place in Berlin from October 10 to 20.

The diverse program ranges from burning contemporary issues to personal narratives. With documentary films, non-fiction readings, VR exhibitions and podcasts, the festival showcases the diversity of documentary narrative forms. Selected events take place in unusual locations*, accompanied by thematically coordinated panels, readings and DJ sets that expand the program in an exciting way and promise a unique experience.
