FAQ and Guide:

• Application: Your application will be reviewed, and after confirmation, you will receive a provisional digital ticket.
• Validation: On your first visit, after selection at the box office, you will receive your validated ticket which has to be paid then at the box office. From then on, your ticket is valid for the entire duration of your pass.
• Personalized Ticket: The ticket is personalized, so always bring a valid ID along with your ticket.
• Safety First: The security and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. We reserve the right to deny entry to ticket holders for individual events if they are not in a suitable physical or mental condition.
• Ticket Loss: If you lose your ticket, contact us immediately.
• Ticket Design: Our ticket is lovingly designed in analog form. You will also receive a temporary digital version.

This is how it works:

• Application: your application will be reviewed, after confirmation you will receive a payment link and a provisional digital ticket.
• Your ticket is personalized, so we need the following details: Full name and date of birth (as on your ID).
• Validation: On your first visit, you will receive your validated ticket after selecting it at the cash desk, which you then pay for directly at the cash desk. From now on, your ticket is valid for the entire duration of your pass.
• Only yours: The ticket is personalized, so always bring a valid ID with your ticket.
• ID: Bring your valid ticket and ID to every event.
• Socials: Share the link to your social media profile.
