Essbare Stadt – Spaziergang und Verkostung

In the organizer's words:

Join Simka (they/them) on a walk through the neighborhood where we'll learn about a delicious selection of common, beginner-friendly herbs and flowers that are available in Berlin during the summer - no experience necessary.

Together we'll explore urban greenery and learn the basics of how to find, identify, harvest and prepare the wild and urban plants that are in season. The focus is on protecting yourself and the land and its inhabitants while foraging. You will learn how to become safe enough to take your own harvest home and prepare what you find.

First we go on a walk for about an hour and a half and then prepare something tasty from the plants we find in the Kiezlabor.
