Festive concert Orchestra I Sedici

The Italian maestro Luigi Sagrestano founded the string orchestra I SEDICI more than 25 years ago. Always in search of the perfect sound and musical development. At I Sedici, the fact that music unites across borders is not just an empty phrase, but a living reality. The 16 exceptional musicians, international prizewinners from various European nations, always bring a piece of their own history into the orchestra. Cultural influences and individual influences come together to form an exciting whole. The virtuoso ensemble has captivated audiences at numerous guest appearances in Germany and abroad. Under the direction of Romanian concertmaster Petru Lupan, a young international collective performs enthusiastically, cheekily and with pinpoint accuracy. An energetic, musical firework display.

Compositions by Vivaldi, Corelli, Bach, Handel, Mozart and Grieg can be heard at the festive concert in the Small Golden Hall. Classical music in a magnificent setting!
