As a climate activist, Trine refuses to fly. Then she, the talented trumpet player, is invited to audition for the famous opera house in Oslo, and she only has a few days to cover the 1500 kilometers from the lonely Lofoten Islands to the capital. To stay true to her principles, she hitches a ride... However, the road trip through Norway's rugged and beautiful landscape puts her passion for music and her environmental idealism to the test.

In his sensitive road movie set against a breathtaking backdrop, Laurens Pérol raises topical, socially critical questions about personal goals and desires and the willingness to make sacrifices in the face of the climate crisis that affects all of our futures.
