Antonia Parr is a costume designer, fashion designer and multimedia artist.

The 29-year-old discovered her creativity at an early age and learned a variety of handicraft techniques from her grandmother. Artistic work, especially painting and drawing, has accompanied her since childhood and serves as a means of expression and outlet.

At the age of 22, Antonia Parr completed an apprenticeship in fashion design and tailoring, which subsequently took her to various theaters where she worked in the costume department. She has been working successfully as a freelance costume designer for three years.

The diagnosis of ADHD at the age of 27 brought a new perspective to Antonia's life. During the pandemic, she experienced a creative reawakening that helped her cope with the challenges of everyday life. Creative work became a way for her to organize her thoughts and occupy her mind.

In her exhibition fragments of focus, Antonia deliberately does not commit herself to one medium. Her works are created from textiles, on canvases and in the form of installations - each piece an expression of her unsorted world of thoughts. The exhibition is a visual diary that documents the journey of a female-socialized, ADHD-influenced brain through over three years of boredom.
