Friedberg - Hardcore Workout Queen Tour 2024

Friedberg are going on tour with their new album "Hardcore Workout Queen" in December!

The band recently released their energetic new single "Hardcore Workout Queen". It is the eponymous title track of their long-awaited debut album, which will be released on November 8th on Clouds Hill.

Friedberg returned to the stage earlier this year and have already had quite an eventful year, including an appearance at this year's SXSW, Great Escape Festival, opening for German indie rock band Giant Rooks on their month-long US tour, and most recently opening for up-and-coming black country duo Big Special in May. They also supported British alt-rock band Placebo at some of their UK gigs in June. They finish the summer with a performance at the Lost Village Festival in Lincolnshire alongside acts such as Royel Otis and Floating Points.

Friedberg was formed in 2019 by Austrian-born, London/Berlin-based Anna (writer, vocals, guitar, cowbells and percussion) and is completed by Emily Linden (guitar, vocals), Cheryl Pinero (bass, vocals) and Laura Williams (drums). Friedberg's first success was the single "Go Wild" - a huge hit that was featured on the FIFA 2020 soundtrack and in the BBC series Normal People - and their debut EP "Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah", a razor-sharp collection of songs designed for the live stage.
