Big little giant

a puppet theater play for small and BIG giants aged 4 and over. Duration approx. 40 minutes

High up in the mountains lives a giant. He can throw huge boulders. He can uproot trees. When he stands on his tiptoes, his hand reaches up to the clouds. What do you think: can the giant do anything he wants?

Mapili lives on the other side of the valley. A beautiful flower grows in his garden. The giant wants one just like it. It can't be that difficult, can it? All you need is a handful of soil, water, sun and a flower bulb. But does it rain just because you're strong? Will a flower grow if you force it? Does the sun shine on command? Unfortunately not ...! The play "Big Little Giant" is about the fact that even the biggest and strongest are powerless in the face of some things, that you can only make true friends if you respect their boundaries, and that some giants first have to become very small in order to be really big.
