JAM Kitchen lab - Jahresausstellung 2024 Adbk München

In the organizer's words:

It's almost time for the annual exhibition at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich to open its doors. As part of the semester project "no common kitchen", we, the Interior Architecture class - Chair of Design and Product, have developed kitchen concepts that meet the needs and trends of today's society and at the same time take a look into the future.

In the JAM kitchen lab, a kitchen was developed for the annual exhibition that specifically addresses the process of preserving ripe fruit. The design is based on a thorough analysis of the individual work steps, implemented at eight stations, from washing to bottling.

On five days, a live canning performance will take place on site - be there and be surprised! And the best thing about it: you can taste it too, of course! :)

The annual exhibition at the academy is an absolutely exciting event where the diverse designs and artworks of the students are presented - a real highlight!

We are looking forward to presenting many other works and projects from the past semester in addition to our kitchen.
