Kiezpoeten 1000 Poetry Slam

The Kiezpoeten have taken poetry slam in Berlin to a new level. With now over 150 shows a year, from pubs to theaters. When they started in 2015, they had no idea that ten years later they would be hosting their thousandth poetry slam. That deserves an appropriate setting:

On the stage of the Renaissance Theater, they are bringing all the poets who have shaped poetry slam in Berlin in recent years onto the stage. We celebrate the art of spoken word as it should be: Festive. Familiar. Magnificent. This is the show for all regular guests who have been supporting cabaret for years. For all fans of poetry who want to reminisce. But also for all those who have missed the whole thing so far, for the most impressive "what's happened so far" summary of poetry slam culture. This is Kiezpoeten #1000.
