Cabaret. Stand-up. Satire. And a big bit of prose.
What many creative artists today try to separate so meticulously is what Lennard Rosar knows how to unite in one evening.
The 28-year-old, heavily tattooed man with the full beard and the many rings on his fingers does not fit into any profession. With satirical tales from everyday life and poetic short stories, the Cologne native playfully and extremely humorously points out today's social problems and also provides food for thought for change.
He has already reached the final of the Nightwash Talent Award 2020 and the Hamburg Comedy Pokal 2022, read at the Frankfurt Book Fair and at the NRW Poetry Slam Championships.
In his debut program "Laub harken im Wind", Lennard not only poses simple questions to his own consumer self, but also develops solutions for all the many complaints from Ulla and Otto Normalverbraucher: From rating systems for misleading advertising slogans, free scooter concerts on the roofs of all atheists in the immediate vicinity of active church towers to the legalization of electroshock devices in the workplace, everything is included. In addition, of course, it is also about questions such as sexism: Where does equality begin and, above all, where does it end?
Do we need female Catholic priests to touch altar girls in an immoral way in order to overthrow the patriarchal system, or would it be enough if the next mission to the moon were simply to have a wife? Lots of questions, a big pile of absurd ideas and the occasional answer plucked out of the air; that's Lennard's new program, "Laub harken im Wind".

"Lennard Rosar from Cologne, on the other hand, strikes a finer note. The young man with a man bun, tattoos and beard combines stand-up comedian, Viking and cabaret artist."
