What?
Cecilia Barra is an Italian singer, guitarist and composer. With her project "Lost Generation(s)", the young Milanese has set herself the task of pushing contemporary jazz and neo-soul to its limits and expanding the horizon of possibilities.
Inspired by the influences of the lyrics and melodies of Italian songwriters and the harmony and groove of great artists such as Hiatus Kaiyote, Jordan Rakei and Robert Glasper, her musical identity as a whole becomes clear and recognizable. Appreciated and supported by great jazz musicians such as Paolo Fresu and Viktorija Pilatovic, Cecilia takes the audience on an unmistakable journey where everyone will be surprised and fascinated by the originality of the young musician's compositional style.
