A multimedia live performance based on H. G. Wells
Once to the future and back, please. Who hasn't dreamed of such a journey through time? A self-made vehicle makes it possible. Arriving in the year 802,701, the nameless hero from H.G. Wells' socially critical sci-fi classic (1895) discovers the Eloi, a paradisiacal community. But when he tries to return to the present, his time machine has disappeared. And there are increasing signs that the Eloi are not the only inhabitants of this wondrous world ... In a gripping multimedia live performance, tailor-made for the futuristic Nikolaisaal, actor Mark Waschke (known as the Berlin "Tatort" detective, among others), multi-instrumentalist Stefan Weinzierl and visual artist Rocco Helmchen invite you on a journey into the fourth dimension.
