Melvin Touché & The Tom-Toms

In the organizer's words:

Robert Williams(voc, git, man) Hagelberger from Oklahoma with residence in Chicago, as well as the three musical Berlin veterans Ralf "Trotter" Schmidt (b, harm). Tommy Goldschmidt(perc) and Stephan Hoppe(keyboards, voc) are the members of this versatile and creative troupe.

The four musicians from two continents work together to create a roots sound based on acoustic instruments. Their performances are always stylistically varied, and no two shows are the same.

With Robert's unmistakable, distinctive voice at the center and with the help of the jointly developed acoustic arrangements and the sometimes polyphonic singing, a pleasantly intimate atmosphere is created at their concerts and ensures an intense emotional dialogue with the audience.

The music of Melvin Touché & The Tom-Toms is "roots" in the best and broadest sense and encompasses a wide variety of different genres and styles: Folk, blues and traditionals are represented as well as country, rhythm'n'blues, rock or singer/songwriter material. The musicians present a number of well-known titles as well as some obscure discoveries from the inexhaustible reservoir of these musical styles. An equally large part of their show also includes Robert's own compositions from his extensive back catalog, as well as newer songs that he has written especially for the tom-toms.

Tickets are also available at the bar in the ART Stalker during opening hours, there are no additional online fees. Only cash payment is accepted for tickets.

We do not reserve tables at events, seating is free!
Admission is always one hour before the start of the event.
