Mit Sekt gegen Rechts – taz Queer Talk zu den Bundestagswahlen

In the organizer's words:

What is at stake - in queer terms - in the Bundestag elections, just a few days after this Queer Talk? Haven't we already achieved a lot legally? Marriage is no longer exclusively for heterosexuals and the issue of gender identity self-determination has at least been clarified by the failed traffic light government. But what else remains?

Do right-wing parties like the AfD threaten our achievements? How should we assess the Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW) alliance? And what should we make of the CDU/CSU's announcement that the Self-Determination Act needs to be amended again?

So what about the lives of queer people in Germany? Shouldn't we also address the increasing threats from Islamist and right-wing extremist forces?

Questions upon questions that are answered by the famous sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. Experienced in the scene, cosmopolitan and yet refreshing, gladly served with a glass of sparkling wine.
