Musikfest Berlin: In memoriam Aribert Reimann

On March 13, 2024, the composer, pianist and musicologist Aribert Reimann passed away at the age of 88. His works - as well as his work in Berlin and German musical and cultural life as a whole - are among the most important contributions to vocal music and music theater in the second half of the 20th century far beyond Germany. Musikfest Berlin is dedicating a memorial concert to him: "In memorian Aribert Reimann", the Berlin ensemble mosaik, conducted by Enno Poppe, will perform some of his influential works.
