Charlotte Pelgen has been making a name for herself in the European ukulele scene with various bands for several years. Now she presents her first solo album! In it, she tells small, personal stories on a small instrument. Many of her pieces are inspired by the swing of the early 20th century, but her love of chanson and folk also flows unmistakably into the compositions. Charlotte Pelgen's music pays homage to the artists of earlier eras, but always bears her very own musical signature - and a technical brilliance that is second to none.
