What exactly does 'natural wine' mean?

Although they have become very popular in recent years, natural and biodynamic wines have been produced for decades with courage, precise techniques and a clear intention.

During this course we will discover what lies behind this philosophy through various wines that we think are worthy representatives.

Giovanna Faccini

Born in northern Italy on the shores of Garda Lake, Giovanna grew up playing among the vineyards of Bardolino region, and her first jump into the wine industry came through a job at a biodynamic winery. Since then, she has earned certifications and gained experience at other wineries as a hospitality assistant.

She firmly believes in the power of wine as a means of communication that tells the story of an area and the personality of its people, reducing distances and creating connections glass by glass. Natural, authentic and uncompromising wine plays an even more important role because it can't cheat!
