After the break: The Neil Cowley Trio is back on tour together for the first time in seven years. There will be music from their new album "Entity" plus some much-loved Cowley classics. In 2006 they burst onto the scene with an exciting, totally genre-bending and energetic sound, putting themselves at the forefront of the new "post-jazz" movement and releasing six highly acclaimed albums in ten years. Cowley then took a break to pursue a no less successful solo career focusing on electronic music.

"Entity" is a great return and cements their unique sound - head-nodding, quirky grooves, killer melodies, emotive tracks with a glassy fragility that permeates everything. A sophisticated album with passionate music, delicate beauty, plenty of hooks and an ode to friendship.
