Save the date! Celebrate the opening of our new exhibitions with us on Jan. 31: A World in Common presents 22 artists from Africa and the African diaspora. The more than 100 works question the Western-influenced view of the world and explore alternative historical narratives that are deeply rooted in the diverse experiences, philosophies and knowledge systems of the African continent. In Protektorat, Silvia Rosi, winner of the C/O Berlin Talent Award 2024, addresses Togo's colonial language policy and interweaves postcolonial criticism with personal and playful moments. Sam Youkilis dedicates his first solo exhibition Under the Sun to the beauty of the everyday and the longings and promises of travel.
