Born in Berlin Moabit, Papke grew up in the south of Berlin and flirted with elements of hip-hop culture at an early age. Initially at the spray can, later mainly on the mic, Papke emulated his New York role models and attracted the attention of the first rap heads. Since his first mixtapes in 2016, Papke has preferred to rap on minimalist boom-bap beats with hefty drums, which he usually co-produces himself. He usually delivers aggressive announcements from the perspective of a hard-boiled scoundrel with a Berlin muzzle.
