PUNK AS F*CK

In the organizer's words:

Book presentation and reading on "PUNK AS F*CK - the scene from a FLINTA perspective"
The acronym FLINTA stands for "women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, transgender and agender people". The term serves to make gender identities visible and thus unites all people who are affected by patriarchal structures - including and especially in the punk scene. The book aims to provide a platform for people who are tired of merely being seen but not heard in their subcultural environment. In this anthology, 50 authors report on what they experienced or had to experience as FLINTA in the scene. At the same time, they talk about what punk means to them and why they believe it is worth fighting for this subculture.
One of the authors introduces the book and her story in the punk scene:Bianca lives in Mannheim, where she runs the vegan unpackaged shop
"grünkern" and is the creator of the zine "Okapi Riot". She has been involved with anti-sexism, Flinta support and awareness in punk for years. Bianca's story is called "Smells Like Zine Spirit". Why we shouldn't let it stop us from trying something new
