SPERLING (Post-Hardcore / Rheinland-Pfalz) mit Nikra (Alternative-Indie / Konz)

Sperling... combines rap with post-hardcore and cello. While the first album "Zweifel" focused heavily on criticism of the system and the outside world, the new album "Menschen wie mir verzeiht man die Welt oder hatst sie" focuses on self-reflection and the self. The band deals with personal experiences and inner struggles by combining melancholic and angry sounds with profound lyrics. Sperling do not provide answers to the uncertainties of the future, but through their music they offer the feeling of not being alone in despair.

Nikra... In a world divided by hatred and oppression and approaching the abyss, many people seek solace in money, drugs and superficial things. The shrinking middle class is resigned and apolitical, while the formerly angry punks have grown old and lost their rage. Many of the new generation are focused solely on their careers and nuclear families. But there is one who is loud and fights for what really matters: Nikra. She is the symbol of a movement that lives diversity, is not understood and cries out for a better future. With her music that is so raw and powerful that it breaks the boundaries of genre and gender, Nikra is the voice of rebellion and the thunder to the rainbow.
