Dance therapy and drama therapy are creative, body- and expression-centered forms of therapy.
In our workshop "On farewells and new beginnings" we invite you to approach this topic using tools from both areas.

How do I find access to this topic?
How can I express what moves me?
How can I fill the spaces in between?
What can I let go of?
What new things can I discover within myself?

In this workshop we will use movement and expression to explore how we can let go of old patterns/issues and create space for something new. The workshop "On parting and new beginnings" offers a safe space to initiate, move and understand emotional processes.

All interested parties are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
