Using exclusive private archive material and spectacular footage from the current The Teaches of Peaches Anniversary Tour, the film shows Canadian Merrill Nisker 's journey to becoming the internationally acclaimed artist Peaches. From the brainstorming for the stage show to the intensive rehearsals and the captivating live shows, it provides an intimate look behind the scenes of the tour.

As a feminist musician, producer, director and performance artist, Peaches has dedicated over two decades to fighting gender stereotypes and cementing her status as a pop and music industry icon. Her fearless originality challenges social norms, shattering stereotypes and patriarchal power structures. With biting humor and sharp wit, she champions LGBTQIA+ rights, brings gender and sexual identity issues into focus and leaves a lasting impression on pop culture.

Philipp Fussenegger and Judy Landkammer are now dedicating a documentary film to the versatile artist. With the help of never-before-published archive material from Peaches' private collection and new interviews with her and former companions, the audience experiences her artistic development and the early years of her career.
