From what was, to the here and now, to the uncertainty of what is to come.
Dancing is a way of transforming uncertainty and finding access to your inner resources.
In the stillness of dance, clarity and a new view of what lies ahead emerge.
Dance opens the door to your essence, to your intuition and the impulses that guide you. These impulses are not bound to predetermined movements, but to your true self.

Dancing is an act of listening and sensing. In silence, you can feel an unconscious energy stirring within you that gradually determines your movements. Even if the initial impulse is not yet tangible, this inner rhythm leads you to an expression that lies beyond thoughts and words.
The dance becomes a dialog with the invisible in order to sense which step to take next.

I invite you to be curious about your own body expression and to rediscover your joy of playing.
