In this workshop, participants will find empowerment through the practice of DJing and manipulating digital turntables. They will be guided in the discovery of the machines as well as the art of electronic music - especially house and techno, two genres created in the black and queer neighborhoods of Chicago and Detroit in the early 80s. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as more advanced.
There is space for five participants per session.
