The Tempest of Neptune

For decades, the small Croatian island of Vis was closed to tourism. That is now set to change. The old fish factory on the island with the sand-colored rocks, surrounded by the sky-blue sea, has been bought by a Dutch investor. He wants to build vacation apartments there. Fishermen, young people and workers from the island come together and talk about how tourism would change the island. To the rhythm of the waves, the documentary tells a story about sustainability and the cohesion of a community.
