The story of "Inkheart" tells of Meggie and her father Mo, who has the special gift of bringing characters from books to life by reading them aloud. This extraordinary ability leads to unexpected adventures and challenges when the villain Capricorn from the book Inkheart escapes into our world and seeks power. Meggie and Mo, along with a group of unusual allies, must use all their courage to stop Capricorn and restore order.

The youth theater course of WERK 2 e.V. presents the story with a lot of joy and explores whether the joy of books can stand up to evil.
