In a laboratory with four scientists, humanity is facing unprecedented crises. It's five to twelve and action is essential. Some want to save the world, others simply go to the office. But essentially, both sides are concerned with the same thing: securing their existence and that of their children. But how can we grow together again as a society to create a future worth living?

The scientists embark on a journey through the past and the future to explore what a way of life could look like that brings people, the planet and society back into harmony. Starting with the origin of all things, the Big Bang, they explore the questions: Where did we take a wrong turn? And how can we rethink the world?

Every evening, the audience decides which topics should be examined more closely. Would you like to find out more about the consequences of the Anthropocene for flora and fauna, for example with the help of Walmart's bee drone, the history of chicken farming or the crab's journey from sea to plate? What can scientists learn from Galileo Galilei, Homo Oeconomicus and Mother Nature to reshape our world?
