AFTERSHOW PARTY - VANITY NOIRE SPECIAL:
A TRIBUTE TO POST PUNK, WAVE & GOTH

For over 13 years now, VANITY NOIRE has been taking place in Leipzig as a series of events dedicated to the dark sounds of the musical landscape. Post punk, wave & goth, to name just a few of the categories that VANITY NOIRE founder MADLYN and her comrade-in-arms KNÜPFI use for this party series. Both were founding members and co-organizers of the GOTHIC POGO PARTY in the 2000s, which was subsequently continued by other committed scene giants and has now found a permanent home as the GOTHIC POGO FESTIVAL at WERK 2 every Whitsun since 2015. VANITY NOIRE took place at the VILLA for a long time, but also at 4ROOMS and most recently at SOLTMANN . Together, MADLYN and KNÜPFI have over 56 years of experience as DJs and organizers in the scene.

For the TRANSMISSION - THE SOUND OF JOY DIVISION AFTERSHOW PARTY , both will focus on over 40 years of post-punk, wave and goth, rounding off the evening in the spirit of JOY DIVISION .
