Guided walk through "Jewish Cologne" with references to the twin city Tel Aviv-Yafo

No other city north of the Alps has been associated with Jewish history for as long as Cologne. The city's Jewish roots go back to ancient times. Written evidence of this can be found in Emperor Constantine's decree to the Cologne City Council from the year 321. Later sources and evidence of a Jewish community in Cologne date back to the Middle Ages. During the tour, medieval and modern Jewish life in Cologne is made visible and tangible. Evidence of the culture of remembrance complements and completes this route.
