A castle deep in the forest, brightly lit market stalls and the scent of Christmas treats... The fairytale Christmas market at Grunewald Hunting Lodge creates a festive atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There is a special atmosphere at this Christmas market. Against the backdrop of Berlin's oldest preserved castle, fairytale figures stroll through the stalls. Mulled wine, hot cocoa and delicious snacks invite you to take a leisurely break.

Handmade gift ideas and jewelry

Visitors can browse the stalls on the edge of Grunewaldsee lake in a relaxed atmosphere. Handicrafts, jewelry, Christmas decorations and original gift ideas are waiting to be discovered.

Fairytale program for children

Especially exciting for children: they can meet Mother Hulda or the wicked stepmother at any time at the Christmas market. Hansel and Gretel and Cinderella also mingle with the visitors. In addition, a storyteller and a music program provide variety. Even the way home becomes a highlight: night watchmen in traditional costume accompany their guests to the parking lot and bus stop.
