On Friday, 15 November 24, 19:00-22:30, the balou cultural center invites you to a gourmet journey through 11 exciting wine-growing regions in Europe and Chile. All wines come exclusively from controlled organic cultivation. During this event, the principles of organic farming will be explained using the example of wine as a special crop. Eleven wines will be critically tasted and the strengths and weaknesses as well as the regional characteristics will be worked out. There is a contribution in kind of 29 € per person. White bread and cheese will be served with the wines. The evening will be led by speaker Heinz Bünger (retired director of VHS-Dortmund).
