In the organizer's words:
The number of different gins worldwide now seems to be countless. But why wander far and wide... - There are also numerous distilleries in our neighborhood that have dedicated themselves to the topic of juniper.
In a small group, we take a closer look at these local gin specialties from Dortmund and the Ruhr region and examine the respective ingredients, production processes and special flavors.
