SONIC BEAT EXPLOSION (Altenburg)
Three chords and a cloud of dust... Garage rock of the 60s, proto-punk of the 70s and high energy rock'n'soul.
At almost twenty years old, the garage rockers are certainly no longer an insider tip. And yet the guys still know how to convince with their mixture of sweaty dirty twin guitar riffs and raw power, without being a single bit less complex, demanding or compelling.

TOMMY AND THE TELEBOYS (Halle / Berlin)
The quartet plays loud and sweaty psychedelic fuzz rock in the shadow of the prefabricated buildings of the central German province between Halle and Berlin. Guitars, driving synths, sometimes garnished with a sugar-sweet West Coast melody, sometimes with a noise crowbar.
A band that brings styles together, emulates role models and yet has its own sound and sounds different. Here, garage rock is fed with psychedelia, post-punk, krautrock and electronica are tried out. An upbeat rhythm section and feverishly shimmering guitars prevent any stagnation. Danceable, groovy, wild and full of melodies. Then relaxed and floating again. They sing "Give me", but they give themselves. Everything. Always. The variety of styles is a free pass to let the sound fly in all possible directions. Contrary to rigid genre boundaries, everything is allowed and a wild mixture comes together.

KELLER 2000 (Erfurt)
Keller2000 comes out of the garage-rock cellar with 2,000 kilometers and is happy to take you hitchhiking on a rough and smooth journey with contrasting highs and lows. Past the hot springs of groove-rock, we cross the spectacular blues-pop valleys until we can enjoy the breathtaking landscape on the summit of Mt. alternative-psychedelicisio. During the expedition, our three riders will feed you with content from the fields of social criticism, everyday struggles and emotionally complex issues. The order of the day is to get down in the cellar at the highest level! And as always: If you haven't buckled up yet, buckle up now!

GAGAMAN (Göttingen)
A completely crazy two-man combo plays an even crazier mix of progressive, post-stoner and metal.
post-stoner and metal. Drums and electric bass, garnished with sparse vocals, saw through every ear canal. The show pumps with energy and authenticity. These guys are really crazy.
