In the organizer's words:

This year's Wintermünze shines in a new format. We are saying goodbye to the classic Christmas market and concentrating on audiovisual performances in future. The Winter Coin (as well as the Summer Coin) will be a venue for interdisciplinary forms of expression with a focus on media and digital art as well as music and language art in their various facets.
